Victory Park

The Victory Park was created by the citizens in honor of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. At first the territory of the park was deprived of vegetation. The day of the Victory park laying — 7 October 1945 — became the municipal holiday. After building work in 1945 only contours of the park were traced. In the following years works have been continued. For many years the park has been growing rank. Along the Heros Alley monuments of the Heros of the Soviet Union were erected. At the beginning of thу ally there is the biggest fontain. Nowadays the park is a perfect place for having a rest.
