Baltiyskaya metro station is a part of Kirovsko-Vyborgskaya line. The station was opened on 15 of November 1955. It is a deep-laid station of columnar type (the deepth is 57 m). The hall was built upon the project of architects M. K. Benua, A. I. Kubasov, F. F. Oleynik and the engineer S. M. Epshteyn. The theme of its decorating is devoted to the history of the Krasnoznamensky Baltic Fleet. An end wall is decorated with the 1917 mosaic created by artists G. I. Rublev and I. G. Rublev.
